Union Petrochemical Public Company Limited is committed to achieving the objectives set forth in this policy. The Company’s operational guidelines are as follows:
1. Continuous Quality Improvement: Promote the involvement of all employees in the continuous improvement of work processes and the quality of products or services, to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and establish higher work standards.
2. Establish a Quality Organizational Culture: Prioritize training and skill development to ensure our employees possess the necessary knowledge and competence for performing high-quality and sustainable operations.
3. Customer Satisfaction Commitment: Understand customer needs and strive to consistently deliver products and services that exceed customer expectations.
4. Performance Management: Manage, monitor, and control the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Quality Management System to ensure target achievement.
